This fantastic alembic still uses a unique system of sealing the water in order to prevent leakage of vapors. At the top of the pot there are two separate walls to place water circulating prior to distillation. The models above 10 liters are usually used with a refinement lentil in order to facilitate the task of the distiller and thus avoid further distillations. The unions os the still are soldered thoroughly to allow in this way a perfect impermeability. This still can be used in the distillation of alcoholic beverages, for essential oils and floral waters.
